Mangalore, Dec 6: As directed by western range IGP H N Satyanarayana Rao, district superintendent of police B Dayananda has reconstituted the district anti-rowdy cell, to be headed by Bunder inspector Umesh Ganapati Shet.

Damodar of Bunder station, Omdas of Mulki station, Abdul Rahman of Urwa station, Vijay Suvarna of Beltangadi station and Prashant of Kadri station will be the other members of the cell.
