Mangalore, Dec 8: The Sarosh Institute of Hotel Administration, a unit of the Nitte Education, affiliated to Mangalore University organised a seminar on 'Enhancing Guests' Hospitality Experiences - Challenges and Strategies' in Hotel Pentagon on Friday.
Retired Air Marshal K R Karnic, who inaugurated the seminar said, "Hospitality is of vital importance. People in the hospitality industry should treat guests as God. They need to be alert," said Karnic citing the example of media persons who are on a round-the-clock alert.
Seminar Convenor Jyotsna Lobo and principal of the institute Matharani Mathias were present on the dais.
