AirAsia crash: Bad weather hits search

London, Jan 1 (IANS): Bad weather Thursday hampered the search for wreckage and bodies from the AirAsia flight which crashed en route from Indonesia and Singapore Dec 28 last year.

Ships and planes were scouring the Java Sea off Borneo, where the plane carrying 162 people came down, BBC reported.

"Clouds have started to descend again... and the weather conditions will deteriorate again," said search and rescue official Tatang Zaenudin.

Debris from the flight was located in the sea Tuesday.
