Samsung realigns key positions in India


New Delhi, Jan 1 (IANS): South Korean consumer electronics giant Samsung Thursday announced realignment of key positions after the retirement of Ravinder Zutshi, deputy managing director, Samsung India Private Limited, a company statement said here.

Zutshi retired Dec 31, 2014, after serving the company for 19 years.

Sanjay Bali, senior vice president, human resources, is now transferred to manage relations with human resource, education, environment, women, child development and cultural department or ministries of the central government and will also manage the operational affairs of Samsung Advisory Board.

Manu Kapoor, vice president, will look after central government relations and also manage relations with industry bodies, while Deepak Bhardwaj, vice president, will manage state government relations, the statement added.
