Mangalore Dec 12: Havyasi Balaga, Kadri will organize a book release function to mark the completion of 100 felicitation, commemoration programmes and Yakshagana performances at Town Hall on Friday December 15 evening. Senior Kannada litterateur Kayyara Kinhanna Rai will release the book.
Convener of Havyasi Balaga Kadri Sharath Kumar addressing the press conference here on Tuesday December mayor Vijaya Arun will preside over the function while former MP and director of Syndicate Bank Vinay Kumar Sorake will inaugurate the function.
The chief guest of the programme will be Ganesh Rao, founder president of Karavali Group of Colleges, Aduru Mahalingeshwara Seva Samithi president Matedka Purushotham Rao, K Devi Prasad Shetty, of Kateel yakshagana troupe and Rajkumar Kulsheker.
Senior yakshagana artiste Kumble Sundar Rao will be felicitated on the occasion.
