Special courts not Pakistan army's desire: Gen. Sharif

Islamabad, Jan 2 (IANS): Pakistan's Chief of Army Staff Gen. Raheel Sharif Friday said on Twitter that special courts are not the desire of the army, rather the need of extraordinary times.

"Consensus reached during the first APC must endure and we need to make quantum decisions," the statement on Twitter added.

"Our today's (Friday) decisions will determine the destiny of our nation, then have to stay focused on their implementation."
