Mangalore, Dec 14: Social Justice Forum and Mangalore diocesan Chair in Chair in Christianity are jointly organizing a two-day seminar at Roshini Nilaya - School of Social Work on December 15 and 16.

The seminar on "Dakshina Kannada on the Threshold of the 21st Century - Economic, Social and Cultural Changes" would be inaugurated by Prof Surendra Rao of department of history of Mangalore University.  Vice-chancellor of the varsity Prof K M Kaveriappa will preside over the inaugural function.

Prof Valerian Rodrigues of JNU, New Delhi, Dr Shivram Padikkal of HCU, Hyderabad, Laxmeesh Topadi from Puttut, Prof Paniraj, Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy president Eric Ozario, Prof Yeshwant Dongre of Mysore varsity, Prof H M Somashekarappa of Mangalore University, Prof Rita Noronha from Roshini Nilaya, Prof Rajaram Tolpadi and Vani Perody will be among the resource persons for the seminar.
