Kabul, Jan 5 (IANS): Three people were killed and nine injured Monday during a suicide attack in Afghanistan's Zabul province.
"A car bomb was detonated close to a police station in the provincial capital of Qalat city," an official told Xinhua.
Two civilians passing by died on the spot along with the attacker, the official said, adding: "The injured were four civilians and five policemen."
Many vehicles and shops were also damaged.
