Mangalore Dec 15: Janajagrathi Vedike will host a huge vehicle rally from Lady Hill to the D C office on Tuesday December 19 at 10.30 am. The Vedike has been working under the concept of Pragathigagi Janajagrathi (awareness for development) from two years.

Janajagrathi Vedike president Mohammad Ismail while addressing the press conference Friday December 15 said that the procession is aimed at creating awareness on the effects of alcohol and drugs. Stickers relating to the subject of effects of alcohol and drugs will be pasted on vehicles on the occasion.

Posters relating to information on ill effects of alcohol and drugs will be distributed among the general public and students to create awareness, Ismail said.

Janajagrathi Vedike vice president Bhaskar Baikampady, Seetaram Bangera, advisor Harikrishna Punaroor and secretary Gangadhar Rai were present at the press meet.
