New Delhi, Jan 8 (IANS): Designer Amit GT is set to open 15 stores of his luxury fashion line, Amit GT Couture in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Saudi Arabia.
The designer has signed up with a Saudi-based company to open 15 exclusive Amit GT Couture boutiques in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, said a statement.
The company is currently scouting for spaces in luxury malls in Dubai where the brand intends to open its first exclusive boutique, followed by Riyadh and Abu Dhabi.
The designer is soliciting similar tie-ups for other Gulf countries, Europe and the US as well.
Amit, known for his elaborate gowns and cocktail dresses, has not only showcased his collection at fashion events in Paris, Milan and Vienna, but has also dressed known foreign celebrities, including Eva Longoria, Whitney Cummings, Alicia Minshew, Kate Mansi, Kate Flannery, Holland Roden and Rosario Dawson.
