Mangalore, Dec 19: A workshop on "National Water Quality Monitoring and Surveillance Workshop" was conducted in the ZP premises on Tuesday December 19 morning.
The workshop was inaugurated by Dr N Manjula IAS, director of basic amenities, department of rural development and panchayatraj. ZP president Mamata D S Gatti presided over the function.
ZP vice-president Dharanendra Kumar, Asha Thimmappa Gowda, president of Education and Health standing committee of ZP and A M Kunjappa, CEO were the chief guests on the occasion.
Deputy director of Rural Development and Panchayatraj Krishnamurthy M N spoke on the importance of the workshop. N Narasimharaju, Anuradha V S, Dr Nagaraj Sharma, Shashirekha and Sidharaju were the resource persons for the workshop.
