Eight die in Malaysia accident


Kuala Lumpur, Jan 15 (IANS): At least eight people were killed Thursday when a tour bus overturned and caught fire in Malaysia's Tapah town.

The bus was on its way from Kerian in Perak state to Genting Highlands town, Xinhua reported.

The driver lost control after hitting a tyre on the road and the bus collided with a car, overturned and caught fire. The total number of passengers or the condition of the remaining of them is not known yet.
