Mangalore, Dec 24: White Flower Social Service Association organized a star-making competition in Jeppu Seminary premises on Saturday night.
Several youth enthusiastically participated in the competition bringing out their best in making stars.
Mithun Fernandes of Milagres won the first prize, while the second prize was shared by Sandeep D’Costa and Jackson Pereira of Jeppu.
The Association which is 21 years old has been actively involved in reaching out to the poor students in meeting their education requirement. Apart from this counseling to alcoholics, blood donation and medical help to the needs are also few of the activities of the association.
The association is headed by Prem Santosh as its president and Victor Mascarenhas as its secretary.
