Mangaluru: Citadel Developer's 'Jade' apartments inaugurated

Mangaluru, Jan 17: Citadel Developer's brand new premium luxury apartment building, 'Jade', was formally inaugurated in a small function held on the rooftop of the apartment building at Vas Lane here on Thursday January 16. The semi-formal event began on an auspicious note, with the recitation of the universal prayer.

The hosts thanked their customers for their invaluable support, enthusiasm and belief. Gratitude was also expressed towards Citadel's technical partners, staff, other collaborators, well-wishers friends and family.

The three partners of Citadel Developers, Ajith Kumar K P, Sandeep K and Ram Kumar Bekal lit the ceremonious lamp to mark the inauguration of the apartment building, Jade. The hosts were joined by entrepreneur and well-wisher Roy Rodrigues, former banker Joseph D'Silva who represented the previous owners of the property and B S Shetty, philanthropist and social worker.

Jade located on Vas Lane, has 56 specially designed 2BHK and 3 BHK apartments with ultra modern looks, spacious ambience, gorgeous interiors and superb amenities. The two blocks of Jade are built in 80 cents of land, using top-class materials. Jade has a 9-storeyed RCC structure with two levels of parking in the basement floors. Compliments were extended to the workers, labourers, suppliers, traders and service providers associated with the project.
