Mangalore, Dec 26: Laurel Lasrado (23), riding a motorbike on NH 48 near Kalladka in Bantwal taluk, died after he was hit by a private bus on Monday, December 25 evening.

The tragedy took place at Dasakodi in Baltila village. Laurel was reportedly on his way to visit a relative's house in Mani.

Son of Joseph and Leena Lasrado, residing behind Canara College off M G Road, is survived by parents and two sisters.
