Mangalore, Dec 26: Bharath Scouts and Guides Centenary celebration will be held on Wednesday December 27 and Thursday December 28 at Bharath Scouts and Guides training centre at Pilikula, Vamanjoor here.
The inauguration of the programme will be done on Wednesday December 27 at 11 am. Lokayukta Justice Santhosh Hegde will inaugurate the function, while minister of fisheries B Nagaraj Shetty will preside. The chief guest of the programme will be Suratkal MLA Krishna Palemar. There will be a district scouts and guides rally on the occasion.
On the same day at 8.15 pm there will be a programme 'Shibiragni' at Bharath Scouts and Guides training centre here which will be inaugurated by Moodushedde gram panchayat president Shivaram Malli.
