Pune, Jan 20: The 64th branch of Billavara Association Mumbai owned Bharath Cooperative Bank Mumbai Limited was inaugurated in Pune, Lonavala on January 19.
Bharath Bank executive president and national Billava Maha Mandal president Jaya C Suvarna cut the ribbon and inaugurated the branch. The branch is situated on the ground floor of Agarwal building on Lonavla Bhaji market. Lonavla municipal corporation president Amith G Gavli and city worker Sridhar S Poojary and senior leader Rama Kishan Gupta lighted the traditional lamp and set the functions of the bank in motion.

























“The cooperative banks are bound by the economic development of common man. It is gratifying that Bharath bank, well known for their service has entered the city. Let the bank work as pro people and help small scale industries. The youth in the city should get educated and be self employed. Those who do business by borrowing money have the judgement of expenses and awareness. Bank borrowers becomes prosperous” opined corporator Sridhar Poojary.

Bank's deputy vice president advocate Rohini J Salian inaugurated the ATM service and senior director Pushpalatha N Salian and bank's CEO and managing director C R Mulki inaugurated the safe locker facility and computer facilities respectively. Dinesh Shanti Ullooru conducted Satyanarayana Pooja and Dhanjaya Shanti Ullooru conducted Ganahoma. Ullooru Shekar Shanti conducted Dwara Pooja and distributed Theertha prasada.
