Mulki, Jan 2: The dead body of person aged about 35 years was found on the National Highway 17 at Kolnad, Mulki police station limits.
According to police sources, injury marks were found on the body and a case of murder has been taken up in Mulki police station.
Preliminary investigation has revealed that the man was thrown out from a tanker belonging to Tamil Naadu state on that night at Kolnad. Besides this neither the identity of the deceased nor that of the culprits is established so far.
The man is medium built and has thin moustache. The dead body was found with a white and yellow coloured checkered half shirt which has ‘Rolax’ tailor mark and black pants, ‘Titex’ black belt watch.
