Ali Fazal unwell but promoting Khamoshiyan

Mumbai, Jan 28: Actor Ali Fazal, who is suffering from aggravated sinusitis and a case of flu has been braving it through the spat of promotional events on his plate for his upcoming film 'Khamoshiyan'.

He is taking shots for his sinusitis and plodding on as his movie is set to release on Friday. He plays the role of writer in the movie and is in the lead role. Gurmeet Choudhary is his parallel lead in the film and both are cast opposite Sapna Pabbi. The movie is said to be a love story encompassed in the intriguing supernatural.

Debina, Gurmeet Choudhary's real life wife plays Ali Fazal's reel life ex-girlfriend. The news doing the rounds is that there was an intimate scene between the two that Gurmeet was not comfortable with and therefore it has now been stashed. Ali while miffed that a scene between him and Debina was edited out of the final film, he clarified that there were no intimate scenes between the two of them. He also added that no actor was part of the editing process of the movie.

Ali, who has been warned of the severe consequences to irking his sinuses any further by his doctor, has instead, taken a heavy dose of medications to get him through his commitments.
