Kinnigoli, Jan 3: Letitia Vas (66) a resident of Niddodi Mitalke was run over by a lorry on Tuesday, Jan 2 at around 5.30 pm in Murukaveri.
Wife of P D G Vas, she was a retired nurse of district Wenlock Hospital. She was rendering her services in Unity Hospital in Mangalore.
On Tuesday, a lorry which was taking a reverse ran over her. Letitia suffered major head injuries and died on the spot.
