Panaji, Jan 4: The Third Annual Global Goans' Convention was inaugurated here on Wednesday, January 3 by chief minister Pratapsingh Rane in the august presence of world-renowned personalities of Goan origin.

The 3-day convention will be marked by debates, symposia, deliberations and other activities with its core focus on the problems faced by the NRIs the world over. The motto of the convention is "Re-uniting Goans".
