India, Russia discuss agenda for 2015 visits

Beijing, Feb 2 (IANS): India and Russia Monday discussed the agenda of engagements for 2015 as External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj met her Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in the Chinese capital.

The two leaders met on the sidelines of the foreign ministers' meeting of the Russia-India-China trilateral here.

"India-Russia discuss agenda of visits for 2015. Minister @SushmaSwaraj meets Russian counterpart Lavrov in Beijing," external affairs ministry spokesperson Syed Akbaruddin tweeted.

Russian President Vladimir Putin was in India in December for the annual bilateral summit which is usually held alternatively in each country.
