Mangalore, Jan 6: "Today there is dearth of newspapers which can be termed as the true mirror of the society. Some of the newspapers work as agents of a particular community, political party etc.  The need of the hours is that the media should realize that its responsibility to be non-partial in reporting and that upholds the values," said B M Idinabba, former president of Kannada Development Authority.
