Puttur, Jan 11: Even as a PU student who is said have been kidnapped two months ago has not been traced, four more students of St Philomena college, residing in the college hostel have now gone missing from Tuesday January 9.  Hostel warden Richard Pinto has filed a case with the town police in this regard.

The first PU students Jeevan Kumar, Devayya M P, Ashok M G and Josta Alif had come back to the hostel after their classes on Tuesday.  Thereafter they went to the city in the evening.  But they never returned.  While two of them had changed their uniform and worn casual wear, two others were still in their college uniform.  While three of the missing are from Madikeri, one more is from Mysore.

This is the 3 instance of students going missing from St Philomena College hostel in the current scholastic year.  While one Charanraj of Mysore who was residing in the hostel had been kidnapped in the month of November, 3 more had gone missing a few days ago.  While these 3 were found in Bangalore within 2 days of going missing, Charanraj has not yet been found.  There has been no information from his kidnappers too.
