Puttur, Jan 13: The four students missing from St Philomena College Hostel here are said to have been traced in Goa.  As reported earlier 4 students Devayya, Ashok MG, Joswa and Jeevan had gone missing from the hostel on January 8 evening.

A police team set up by ASP Dr Harsha has received information about the whereabouts of the missing students in Goa.  One of the students called up his parents and informed them that they are safe in Goa and would return only if they treat him well.

Apparently, the students said to have left hostel and went missing since they were not been treated well in their families.  Police however, have continued their investigation.  Efforts are now on to bring them back from Goa.
