Udupi, Jan 14: Two persons were arrested in Udyavara, here on Friday on charge of illegally storing LPG cylinders.

Acting on a tip off, District Crime Investigation Bureau officers raided a place at Sampige Nagar in Udyavar and seized 21 LPG cylinders worth about Rs. 21,000.

The police gave the names of those arrested as Chandrakanth and Bhasker. A case has been registered at Udupi Town police station and investigations are on.
