Mangalore, Jan 15: The silver jubilee celebrations of Dharma Jyothi Social Centre, Vamanjoor was held on Sunday, January 14.
Superior General, SRA Congregation Sr Maria Goretti presided over the programme. President of DK Zilla Panchayat Mamatha Gatti was the chief guest. She also released the silver jubilee souvenir.
Prizes were distributed to the children of the centre by Fr Onil.
Director, Mount Rosary Institutions Edwin C Pinto, Director CODP Mangalore Fr Onil D’Souza, Parish Priest, Vamanjoor Fr Alphonsus D’Lima, professor, School of Social Work Roshni Nilaya Rita Noronha, corporator Jaya Prakash and superior, Queen of Apostles Convent Sr Laveena were present on the dais.
