Clear day ahead in Delhi


New Delhi, Feb 21 (IANS): It was a sunny Saturday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature settling at 18.5 degrees Celsius, seven notches above the season's average.

The Met department has forecast a clear day ahead.

"There was shallow fog in the morning but the sky will be mainly clear," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.

The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 29 degrees Celsius.

The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 93 percent.

Friday's minimum temperature settled seven notches above the season's average at 18.5 degrees Celsius, and the maximum temperature was 29.1 degrees Celsius, four notches above the season's average.
