PTI vows to unite two Kashmirs


Islamabad, Feb 27 (IANS): The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) will fight for the rights of the Kashmiri people on all fronts under the leadership of Imran Khan, a party leader has said.

"The Kashmiris should be given the right to self-determination in accordance with the UN resolutions," PTI general secretary Jehangir said while addressing a public gathering in Muzaffarabad Thursday, Dawn reported.

He vowed that the PTI would "unite Pakistan-held Kashmir and Indian Kashmir" after coming to power.

Tareen said a "naya Pakistan" would emerge when people would throw out corrupt rulers with the power of their vote.

"The objective of our struggle is to ensure that due rights are given to people from different segments of society and to Pakistan put on the path of peace, progress and prosperity."
