Mumbai, Jan 29: Shri Saneeshwara Mandir at Navi Mumbai here celebrated its 5th Car festival recently. Navaka Pradhaana Homa, Mahapooje and other rituals were officiated by Shri Shibaroor Kayyara Subrahmanya Acharya in the morning. Governor S M Krishna was the chief guest of the function.
Other guests present were temple committee member Prakash Vishwanath Paranje, Navi Mumbai mayor Manisha Shashikanth Bhoir, municipal commissioner Madhukar Rao Kokate and president of D Y Patil Educational Institutions Vijay Patil.
Shri Suvarna Baba, trustee of Shri Rundamalini Mahashesha Temple blessed the occasion.
