Udupi, Jan 29: The hundredth birthday of retired teacher and social worker Uliargoli Dadu Master was celebrated at Shri Vishwanath Kshetra at Katpadi near here on Sunday January 28.  Dadu Master is also the founder member of Shri Vishwanath Kshetra Katpadi.

The new welcome arch of Shri Vishwanath Kshetra built on the occasion of hundredth birthday of Dadu Master was inaugurated by Shri Vishwabodhi Swamiji of Shivagiri Math, Kerala.

Dr B R Shetty, managing director of NMC Abu Dhabi who is also the student of Dadu Master was also present on the occasion.  He spoke on the occasion and shared his experience.

Dadu Master and his wife Kamalakshi were felicitated on the occasion.  Vikhyatananda Swamiji of Hosmar Math, Karkala and Shri Satyanand Teertha Swamiji invoked God's blessings on the occasion.

Former MP Vinay Kumar Sorake, Alban Rodrigues, businessman Bola Poojary, educationist Pangala Vithal Shenoy, Billavar Federaion vice-president Narayana, Shri Vishwanath Kshetra managing board chairman Dayanand V Bangera and others were present on the occasion.
