Rainy Sunday in Delhi


New Delhi, March 1 (IANS): Delhiites woke up to a rainy Sunday morning. The Met Office has forecast more rainfall in the day.

The minimum temperature in the morning settled at 15 degrees Celsius, four notches above the season's average.

"The sky will remain partly cloudy and with rainfall or thundershowers in some parts of the city," said an official of India Meteorological Department.

The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 27 degrees Celsius.

Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 98 percent.

The minimum temperature on Saturday settled at 12.6 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average while the maximum was 29.2 degrees Celsius, four notches above the season's average.
