Wipro partners with Dutch firm for analytics solutions


Bengaluru, March 2 (IANS): Wipro Ltd. on Monday announced a partnering with the Netherlands-based Flytxt to jointly develop solutions for mobile consumer analytics.

As a specialised firm in monetising mobile consumer data through big data analytics, Flytxt offers customer experience and revenue enhancement solutions worldwide.

"With Flytxt's mobile consumer analytics technology and our expertise in telecom, we will provide solutions to generate measurable economic value from data streams," the city-based software major said in a statement.

The solutions will scan large volumes of telecom data and produce actionable insights on consumer behaviour through analytical models.

"The insights will help mobile enterprises to run inbound and outbound marketing programes with high impact on revenue, margins and customer retention," it said.

The solutions will also enable mobile enterprises to deliver a better experience to consumers with personalised offers and content.

"Flytxt's solution augments our analytics solutions for the communications industry in delivering business outcomes across revenue enhancement to ensure our customers maintain a competitive edge," Wipro vice president Anil Jain said.

As a leading big data analytics solution provider, Flytxt offers data monetisation solutions and consultancy services to help communication service providers the world over increase revenue, reduce churn and improve customer experience.

"Partnership with Wipro increases the reach of our advanced analytics solutions with benefits to the global communications and media industry," Flytxt chief executive Vinod Vasudevan said.
