New Delhi, March 13 (IANS): It was an overcast Friday morning here with the minimum temperature recorded at 14.2 degrees Celsius, slightly below the season's average. The Met Office has forecast light rain in some parts of the city.
"Light rain is expected in the afternoon. The day will be cloudy," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 28 degree Celsius.
Humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 80 percent.
Thursday's maximum temperature was 28.5 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the season, while the minimum was 12.5 degrees Celsius, two notches below the season's average.
