Mangalore, Feb 8: A day-long workshop on "Relationship Management between Employer and Employee and its Legal Implications" was inaugurated at Fr Muller Hospital here on Saturday February 10 morning.
The workshop is being held in the conference hall. The workshop was inaugurated by Dr Aloysius Sequeira, registrar of NIT-K Suratkal.
The workshop will deal with topics such as role of employer and employee, role of hospital manager/HR manager as an employer/employee, legal compliance of health care organizations and discipline.
Hospital administrators, nursing administrators, HR managers, students of hospital administration and human resource management are participating in this workshop.
Fr Muller Hospital director Fr Baptist, administrator Fr Denis D'Sa, medical college dean Dr Sanjeev Rai were also present on the dais.
