Mangalore, Feb 11: Former Chairman and Managing Director of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd Subir Raha was given the honorary membership of the Kanara Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI) by its president John Prasad Menezes on Saturday, Feb 10.
Speaking on the occasion, Raha said that huge investment is at the door step of Mangalore. It will emerge as petroleum, chemical and petrochemical investment region of the country.
The Special Economic Zone (SEZ) is a blessing, Raha said, adding that human resource development will also get a boost.
Former chairman, Indian Oil Corporation Austen Tauro delivered the felicitation address.
