Bantwal: Newly appointed tahsildar takes over charge

Bantwal, Mar 18: Purandar Hegde, who had been functioning as the tahsildar-designate for Kadaba taluk, took over charge as the new tahsildar of Bantwal taluk on Monday March 16 at the taluk office,B C Road here.

Muhammed Issac, who has been the in-charge tahsildar of the taluk after the retirement of B S Malleswamy, handed over charge to the new incumbent.

Deputy tahsildars, Parameshwar Naik, Parameshwara Moily, Bhaskar Rao, and others extended a warm welcome to the new tahsildar.
