Moodbidri, Feb 22: A bus stand in memory of Marcel D’Silva built by his son Manjanbailu Ligori D’Sivla was inaugurated by Santhana D’Silva was inaugurated recently at Niddodi here. The bus stand has been built at a total cost of Rs 50,000.
Niddodi parish priest Fr Joswey Fernandes and Fr Paul Fernandes of Bellary diocese jointly blessed the occasion.
Mulki-Moodbidri MLA K Abhayachandra Jain was the chief guest on the occasion. Journalist Kiran Manjanbailu welcomed the gathering and compered the programme. Donor Ligori D’Silva proposed the vote of thanks.
