Mangalore, Feb 23: ‘HOG-2007,’ the annual food festival of Srinivas College of Hotel Management and Vijayalakshmi Institute of Hospitality Sciences will be held on February 24.
 
This was informed in a press conference here on Thursday.

Srinivas College of Hotel Management Principal Prof Vinay Raj said that the event will be inaugurated by Mangalore Special Economic Zone In-Charge A G Pai at 5.30 pm.
 
‘War of the DJs’ will be the special attraction of the event in which DJs Su, Toni, Divi and Om from the entertainment group ‘Splitfire’ will be participating.

An event organized completely by the students of the college, Hog 07 aims at generating a business model through the students and executes the model, which is a learning experience in itself.

A mix of international cuisine of China, Thailand, Mexico and India and regional cuisine from Kerala, Punjab and Gujarat will be available at the venue including exhibition of vegetable carving skills.
