Harika loses first tie-breaker in World Women's Chess semis


Chennai, March 31 (IANS): Indian chess Grandmaster (GM) Harika Dronavalli on Tuesday lost against Ukraine Women GM (WGM) Mariya Muzychuk in 38 moves in the first tie-break game of the World Women's Chess Championship 2015 semi-finals at Sochi in Russia.

The other tie-break game between Russian WGM Natalija Pogonina and Swedish GM Pia Cramling ended in a draw.

The second tie-breaker game was slated for later Tuesday.
