Mangalore, Feb 26: The district chapter of Akhila Bharatha Sharana Sahitya Parishat organized ‘Vachana Sangeethotsava’ in the district jail here on Sunday, Feb 25.
Prof Mallikarjuna Saamshi from Moodubidri Alva’s College and his troupe of visually impaired musicians conducted the music concert.
Dr A M Shivakumar Managing director of Nandini Milk Federation presided over the programme.
Income Tax Assistant Commissioner Jagannath, Dr Shivaprakash of the Fisheries College, Jail Suprintendent Thallur and Asha Kiran were present on the occasion.
