Mangalore, Feb 26:  A workshop on ‘Vovio-Versam’ will be organized by Karnataka Konkani Sahitya Academy on Saturday March 3 in Loyola Hall, St Joseph School, Hassan. The programme will begin at 9.30 am and will end at 4.30 pm.

Hilda D’Souza, Irene Rebello and Ravi Stevan will be the resource persons. President of the Academy Eric Ozario will preside over the inaugural ceremony.

‘Konkani Mann Munis – Ek Mulakat’ will be held in the same auditorium in the evening in which the audience will interact with B Renuka Prabhu and Puis D’Silva who have contributed greatly to the field of Konkani literature and theatre. They will also be honored on the occasion.

Prof Joseph Gonsalves of Malnad Engineering College will be the chief guest and Fr Edward Rodrigues, headmaster of St Joseph’s High School will the guest of honour.

All who participated in the workshop will be given participation certificates during the programme.
