Mandya, Apr 3: A recently married woman was killed by her own friend in Mandya.
Divyashri (24) is the person deceased. Anusha (20) is the accused.
As per details, Divyashri and Anusha were good friends. It is also said that they were homosexuals. When Divyashri married Sagar from Nagarbhavi, Bengaluru on March 8 Anusha got restless.
Anusha on Mar 31 came to Divyashri’s house and asked her to come out with her for a walk. Divyashri went without any suspicion. Anusha after reaching a secluded place killed Divyashri by strangling her neck with a wire.
Police have begun the investigations.
