Udupi, Feb 27: A five-day workshop on ‘Methodology of Teaching’ was held at Dr T M A Pai Teachers Training College, Kungibettu here on Tuesday February 27.
Speaking on the occasion, college principal Dr Mahabaleshwara Rao said that the the same teaching model has been in use for 30 years but now with intense competition teachers should be ready to face new challenges.
Mangalore Teachers Training College principal Dr Mahidas and lecturer of the college Gopala Shetty were the chief guests.
Udaya Kumar Shetty welcomed the guests while L J Fernandes proposed the vote of thanks.
About 51 candidates from various parts of the district participated.
Among those present were lecturers Preethi S Rao and Kushalini.
