Hot Friday in Delhi


New Delhi, April 10 (IANS): The national capital will experience a hot, sunny Friday and the maximum temperature is likely to hover around 33 degrees Celsius, the Met office has said.

According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the sky will remain clear throughout the day.

Friday morning was sunny and the minimum temperature was recorded at 18.5 degrees Celsius -- slightly below the season's average.

The humidity at 8:30 a.m. was 69 percent.

Thursday's maximum temperature was recorded at 32.5 degrees Celsius while the minimum settled at 18.6 degrees Celsius - both a notch below the season's average.
