Mumbai, Mar 5: Train services on the Western Railway line were disrupted today, during peak office hours after a overhead electric cable between two stations snapped, railway officials said.
An overhead cable between the Bhayandar and Mira Road stations snapped around 11:15 am as a result of which services between Virar and Churchgate were disrupted, a Western Railway spokesperson told PTI.
Teams were rushed to the spot and the wire was replaced by 12:40 pm after which services were restored to normal, he added.
