Mangalore, Mar 10: 'Karavali Rangotsava' a drama fest exclusively for people of coastal part of the state will be organized by Karnataka Nataka Academy, Bangalore from Monday March 12 to Sunday March 18 at Town Hall here.

Addressing a press conference here on Thursday March 8, Academy president Srinivas G Kappanna said that the fest will be inaugurated by mayor Vijaya Arun in the presence of Konkani Sahitya Academy president Eric Ozario who will be the chief guest.

'BannadaBadukina Chinnada Dinagalu' a book by journalist Ganesh Amin on Enagi Balappa's will be released on the occasion by Sakhada Bala, Bangalore.

Various programmes will be held during the course of the fest. As many as six famous plays will be staged along with the release of several cassettes and hosting of seminars related to theme of drama.
