But, sadly, there is the other side of the coin, which has been caused by mismanagement on the part of government authorities in the state and of course by the general public too.

No spitting please: maybe the sign reminds those, who otherwise would forget the spitting habit, to fulfil the formality, thus defacing the walls of the electricity department in Panaji

The wavy zebra skin: for the last several months the zebra crossing near the Abbe Faria statue in Panaji has been lying in a  neglected state
