Police reject AAP's allegations over farmer's suicide


New Delhi, April 22 (IANS): Terming the Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) allegations of police personnel doing nothing when a farmer was committing suicide at the party's rally here as "wrong", the Delhi Police said it was probing the death.

Talking to reporters about the AAP leaders' allegations, Joint Commissioner of Police Mukesh Kumar Meena said that the allegations were "wrong" and the police was conducting an inquiry.

"We are probing every moment and sequence of the incident. We will be in a position to say anything only after the inquiry is completed," he said.
