Mangalore, Mar 14: The lannual day celebrations of Masood College of Nursing and Masood School of Nursing was held at T V Raman Pai Convention Centre here on Tuesday March 13.

The lamp lighting ceremony of the third batch of BSc Nursing and GNM students was also held on the occasion.

St Ann’s College of Nursing, Mulki principal Sr Lucy Rodrigues was the chief guest while the guest of honour was district surgeon and superintendent, Government Wenlock Hospital Dr J Prabhu Dev.

Karnataka State Minorities Commission former chairman K S Mohammed Masood presided over the programme.

A cultural programme was also held as part of the celebrations.

Among those present were Masood Educational and Charitable Trust (MECT) president Dr Richard James D’Souza, secretary Dr Mohammed Arif Masood, treasurer Abid Jalihal, trustee Mohammed Asif Masood and principal Prof Veena Greetta Tauro.
